Honestly, I didn't like their work at all. I had to take my mower in twice for the same issue. The first time, I had to wait a month—and paid $153. Then, upon the first use, the same symptoms appeared. I took it back, and they charged me another $80. I don't think that's fair; it was the same problem I brought it in for the first time—nothing different. Basically, they did nothing the first time around. Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very happy I brought my jetter system to Bitter Blue, Chris was very friendly and helpful with getting me set up with an appointment and explained everything from pricing to making repairs and ordering parts. Bill was our technician that fixed our system and he was knowledgeable and brought this machine back to life and even called me midway to give me an update on the system. Truly a great team that took care of me and I’ll be bringing more equipment to them.

I wish I didn’t have to leave a star, this company is scamming customers. Performing services on equipments, that’s not needed and charging customers for new parts, while using old parts. I bought 3 equipments and told them EXACTLY what I needed done, they said okay. A couple of days later I returned to pick up my items; they charge me over $300. I was upset because I didn’t get a call with this information. The lady at the front desk pointed at a letter that was CLEARLY Not meant for customers to see). And said that these are the charges for the services performed and that they don’t call customers with prices, they just fix the problem. What pissed me off even more the problem WASN’T fixed. Please avoid this place at all cost. I’m surprise to see that they are still in business.

I had taken My pressure washer to this location and had to go back and forth 3 times for the lady to tell me that I’m not under warranty within the 30 days they say that they would fix if any problems when I get home to use it on a car wash and it explodes oil all over my garage The 2nd time I had went back was because my pressure washer stopped working in the middle of using it and then I was told I put water in the gas tank and was charged 50$ on both pressure washers I brought back why would I put water in the gas tank. gas was fresh from the station

This people is so honest and wont take advantage of your situation!!!!!!! I am so happy I brought my 10 year old gas weedeater to this shop. My weedeater would not start and it is very old and I am a women. They could have charge me for parts and replacements but not, all they did was to suggest me to use a good quality oil for the gas mix. I will be bringing in all my garden machines here. PS. 3 years ago there were other, not so friendly, people running this business.I am so happy they changed ownership.
